I look forward to working with you.
I have a passion for meeting people where they are, to offer them support in a safe and non-judgmental manner. I hope to assist clients in understanding themselves more deeply and to move forward based on this.
When given the support to work through challenges, heal, and begin to see the strength and resilience they have, clients begin to shift and build meaning in their daily lives. What a privilege to be a part of this process.
I enjoy working through presenting problems to facilitate change and personal growth. I tailor the approaches used to my clients’ needs and best practice for their presenting concerns.
I feel strongly about therapist-patient fit and seek to ensure that my clients are comfortable and able to collaborate with me.
